In order to ensure the stable operation of the network during the Spring Festival, some key data centers will take measures to ensure network closure during important periods according to the notice of the higher-level operator. During the network closure period, the application for entry and exit of personnel or equipment will be suspended; Suspend a series of operations that may cause network changes in the data center, such as server loading and unloading, server inbound and outbound storage, route adjustment, and link cutover. The normal operation of the business, renewal, after-sales service, etc. will not be affected, please prepare in advance.
Ultaidc will provide you with services as normal during the Chinese New Year; The service time limit may be delayed to a certain extent, so please understand that it will not change to you!

1. Balance and renewal: While having a happy holiday, please make a financial budget in advance and pay attention to keeping the account balance sufficient, and renew the expiring resources in time. Currently, ECSs can be automatically renewed to prevent the normal use of services from being affected by account arrears or non-renewal during holidays.
2. Data backup: Ultaidc has opened free backup services for instances except large storage servers and Hong Kong servers. During the holidays, please be sure to back up your important business data, and it is recommended that you automatically back up data in multiple locations on a regular basis.
3. Operational changes: Please prepare for the launch of the event during the holiday period in advance, estimate the user growth, check the load and capacity of the machine, and make various operational changes (including existing network transformation, change, upgrade, release, etc.) in advance;
4. Account recharge: online recharge (WeChat payment, Alipay) and offline remittance of exclusive accounts are not affected by holidays, and the system will automatically arrive in the account;
5. Account withdrawal: The withdrawal approval will be suspended during the Spring Festival and resumed on February 6;
6. Invoice application: During the Spring Festival holiday, self-service application for electronic invoices on the official website will not be affected; We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the suspension of the review of invoice requests from January 24, 2025 to February 4, 2025, and the review will resume on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
